The poster was designed in reaction to the controversial actions of the Croatian Minister of Culture. By February 29, 2016, when the poster was designed, 4288 signatures had been collected for a public appeal to the Croatian Government for the dismissal of the Minister of Culture, Zlatko Hasanbegović. For every signature the government ignored, a nail was driven in. 4288 nails.
