The dark setting, leveled platforms, and densely arranged pillars, like an abstract forest, provided an excellent backdrop for the Milla&Milli furniture.

Overview
Grove is the stand designed for Milla&Milli’s 2019 to 2020 season, a dark, dense arrangement of free standing pillars built around the same “Divine Atmosphere” the brand carries across every presentation.

Brief
For this season, Milla&Milli needed a stand that could hold their furniture within a distinct, immersive setting rather than a neutral backdrop.

Approach
Densely arranged pillars, set across leveled platforms within a dark setting, read as an abstract forest: dense enough to create a sense of passage through the space, open enough to let the furniture stand out against it.
